Business Sponsorship Letter

DEAR SPONSOR AND SUPPORTER, 

ANNUALLY ON THE 3rd SATURDAY OF SEPTEMBER, Unico of Belleville N.J, a chapter of the largest Italian American Organization in the US, holds a Walkathon to raise funds for Families in Essex County battling ALS otherwise know as (Lou Gehrig's disease)

The proceeds of this walk go directly to the PSZ Believe Foundation and the Robert Luongo ALS fund which work directly with families going through the greatest battle a family can facing this disease.

Because of this we are asking businesses or even families if they would consider taking out a sponsorship ad in helping this cause.

There are several ways you can help! 

• Sponsor an AD. 

• Sponsor a person or a team to walk. 

• or a straight-up, donation to help fight this disease. 

The Date: Saturday September 28th, 2024. 

Time: Registration is between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM/ walk starts at 9 sharp

Location: Belleville Senior Citizens Recreation Center 125 Franklin Ave. Belleville NJ 07109 

Please consider a sponsorship level you wish to participate in and all that comes with being a sponsor at that level by see the next letter "SPONSOR LEVELS" 

• Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Copper, and Zinc

Please have your Ad and logos accompanied by your payment, by the 1st week of September so we can properly  adjust all advertising designs ready for our Ad digest print date the 2nd week of the month.   We will use this also for our Facebook, Instagram, and media coverage.  See the following links below for more details.
